Terms of Use

1. Our Role
- Board is a transport service provider. We offer buses, luxury cars, and other vehicle services, with all services delivered directly by or through us.
- All payments for services booked through Board are processed by us. We also provide the platform and customer support for all bookings.
- We set and enforce standards for all services delivered through the platform, including conduct, punctuality, and vehicle condition. We may suspend or remove services that do not meet our requirements.
2. Key Definitions
- Booking: A confirmed transport booking/contract initiated via Board.
- Operator: Supplier of transport services (bus operators, luxury car providers, etc.).
- Customer / Passenger: The person or organisation booking or using transport services via Board.
- Operator Agreement: The agreement between Board and an Operator.
3. Eligibility & Verification
To use Board, you must be at least 18 years old, or authorised to make bookings on behalf of an organisation. You agree to provide accurate information when making a booking, and consent to any identity or eligibility checks we may need to carry out.
4. Services, Pricing & What's Included
- Prices displayed are indicative and may vary depending on multiple factors such as but not limited to route, date, vehicle type, availability, promotions, or inaccurate entries, with inclusions and exclusions shown clearly at checkout.
- Prices may be subject to surcharges during peak periods or seasons. Any applicable surcharges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your booking.
- If service details change before your Booking is confirmed, the updated details apply. After confirmation, your Booking Confirmation controls.
5. Booking, Payments & Deposits
- A Booking is confirmed only after successful payment/deposit/authorisation (if applicable).
- Payments are processed in SGD through the methods shown at checkout unless otherwise mutually agreed by OneTransport Pte Ltd.
- Deposits (where applicable) and refund timelines are set out at the time of booking; refunds are returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Late/failed payments: Board may suspend access, charge disclosed late fees, or take other appropriate action.
6. Passenger Conduct
- All passengers are expected to behave as they would on any public or private transport service, and must comply with all applicable laws throughout the trip.
- Passengers must not behave in a disruptive, abusive, or illegal manner on board.
- Cross-border travel (e.g., to Malaysia) is only permitted where explicitly stated in the service details and subject to applicable entry requirements.
- Board reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for passengers who breach conduct requirements, without refund where applicable.
7. Trip Disruptions & Delays
- For disruptions or delays, follow all safety instructions and notify us so we can coordinate support or escalation.
- Board and the Operator are not liable for disruptions caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, regulatory requirements, or other events outside their reasonable control.
8. Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellation windows, fees, and remedies are stated at checkout. For rescheduling or changes, contact us and we will handle this on your behalf.
9. Anti-Circumvention
Do not attempt to arrange services directly with drivers or service providers outside of Board to avoid platform processes or fees. We may suspend accounts that do so.
10. Platform Use & Intellectual Property
Do not misuse, interfere with, or scrape the site/app. "Board", its marks and site content are owned by OneTransport Pte Ltd or its licensors; you may not use them without permission.
11. Privacy
We handle personal data per our Privacy Policy and Singapore PDPA. We share only what's necessary with Operators and service providers (payments, KYC, logistics) under contractual safeguards.
12. Warranties & Liability
The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free services. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for Board platform services in any 12-month period is capped at the platform/service fees you paid to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim (this does not limit liability that cannot be excluded).
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify OneTransport Pte Ltd for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or of law, misuse of the platform, or third-party claims caused by your acts/omissions.
14. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where you or an Operator breach applicable terms, laws, or create unacceptable risk.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
